Privacy Policy

When you book a detail: your name, email address, phone number, the address where the car will be, the time you choose, and any note you add.

When you buy a product: your name, email address, phone number and the address it goes to. Your card number is typed into Square’s own secure form and goes straight to Square — it never reaches us or this website.

When you call, text or email us: whatever you choose to tell us.

When you just visit: nothing that identifies you. Our web host keeps short-lived server logs — IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

To do the job you asked for: turn up at the right place and time, get a product to you, send your booking confirmation and receipt, and contact you about that booking or order.

To keep the records a business has to keep, such as sales records for tax, and to spot and stop fraudulent payments.

That is all. We do not send marketing email, we do not build profiles, and we never sell your information or share it for advertising.

Two companies do work for us, and each has its own privacy policy:

We share your details with nobody else, unless the law requires it.

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

The one exception is the card form on the products page, which Square provides. Square may use cookies and device information inside that form to prevent card fraud, under its own privacy policy.

Because we do not track you across other websites, we treat every visitor the same way whether or not the browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Booking and order details stay in our Square account for as long as you are a customer and for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep sales records. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will, unless one of those rules says we cannot.

Every page is served over an encrypted connection. Card numbers are handled only by Square, which is certified to the card industry’s security standard (PCI DSS), and never touch our systems.

This site is for adults booking a service or buying a product. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us details, tell us and we will delete them.

If we change what we collect or who handles it, we update this page first and change the date at the bottom. We will not start using details you have already given us in a new way without asking you.
