- What does "mobile detailing" actually mean?
- It means we drive to you. You do not drop the car off at a shop and arrange a ride home. We detail the car on your driveway or in your office parking lot while you get on with your day.
- Do you need water and power from me?
- Ask when you book. Some jobs go faster with access to an outdoor tap or an outlet. We will tell you exactly what we need before we arrive.
- How long does a detail take?
- The Standard is usually the quickest, and The Carnauba takes longest because the wax is applied and buffed by hand. We will give you a time estimate when you book, and we will tell you if the car needs longer than the estimate before we start.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We cover San Antonio and roughly an hour's drive around it, including Helotes, Leon Valley, Shavano Park, Hill Country Village, Hollywood Park and more. We are mobile, so the question is not which suburb you are in — it is whether we can reach where the car is parked. Call (210) 663-8265, tell us where that is, and we will tell you straight away.
- What are the "additional services"?
- Beyond the three listed packages we take on additional work, priced per car. Call and describe what the car needs and we will tell you whether we do it and what it costs.
- Can I return a product?
- Yes. You have 30 days from the day you get it. Unopened products come back for a full refund, and a faulty or wrong product comes back opened or not — we replace it or refund it. Returns are free: call (210) 663-8265 and we will collect it or arrange the post. The refund reaches the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving it. A detailing booking is not a return — cancel or move it free with 24 hours notice.
- Which payment methods do you take?
- We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Do you use environmentally friendly products?
- Yes. We use environmentally friendly products and advanced equipment throughout — it is better for your paint and better for the driveway it runs off onto.
